Work directly with youth and young adults in our shop or at W.O.W. events. Guide participants through builds, offer encouragement, and serve as a positive role model.
Meet us at workshop locations around Indianapolis. Help with setup, participant support, and teardown. Great for people who want to see the community impact firsthand.
Support our Youth Workforce Development Program by working with middle and high school students on their coursework. Academic mentorship alongside woodworking.
